Non-Executive Director Appointments, (RIBA Member) and (Independent and Senior Independent)
RIBA Enterprises Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), a world renowned body incorporated by Royal Charter and a Registered Charity, are seeking to appoint three Non-Executive Directors.
RIBA Enterprises has over 40 years’ experience in providing effective and established knowledge and information management solutions for the construction industry and its award winning products and services are leading the digital revolution in construction information. The Non-Executive Director roles provide an exciting opportunity in which you can apply your commercial skills and knowledge of construction and technology to build and develop a successful and well-established business.
In your role as a Non-Executive Director you would be expected to work alongside a mature board and a strong executive team to drive and support the business to further develop and deliver its international growth strategy as well as provide appropriate oversight, scrutiny, challenge and leadership to the Company in the pursuit of its objectives.
Non-Executive Director: Independent and Senior Independent
The ideal candidate will bring a sharp and informed understanding of the opportunities that technology brings to architecture, engineering and construction. Experience of either corporate finance or business growth (potentially through strategic alliances or merger and acquisition) is expected; digital publishing; or digital transformation and transformational change in other sectors is highly desirable.
Non-Executive Director: RIBA Member
The ideal candidate will bring significant leadership experience in business with a thorough understanding of the building design and construction process. Experience in a related field including real estate development, building product manufacturing or digital B2B sectors would be beneficial.
