The creation of our Children's Trust marks a fresh start for children's social services in Sandwell. The Trust is determined to deliver outstanding services and will create an environment that enables and supports staff to be proactive and creative and become a centre of social work experience.
Following the recent, appointment of the Right Honourable Jacqui Smith as Chair we are now looking for three experienced and committed Non-Executive Directors to join the Trust Board to help inspire and deliver rapid improvement.
As part of a Board team, you will support the Chair by bringing a passion for improving the lives of children and young people.
We are particularly interested in successful candidates who can bring either expertise in finance and audit.
